They talked my husband into sending $20,000 for an investment that was a scam

This was supposed to be an investment. My husband was talked into putting in $5,000 first. Then they asked for more money and showed him how much he was supposedly making. They talked him out of a total of $20,000 and said it would grow.

Now they claim it's $158,000. They told him they would send the money but he had to send another $20,000 first for taxes. He asked if they could just take the tax money out of his profits. They told him that is NOT the way it works. So he asked for his original $20,000 back and they told him NO. Absolutely no.
