Paid for prescription meds from Coreagerx but never received anything

I got an offer for a GLP-1 prescription with a doctor consult from Coreagerx. I went through with it, the doctor approved my medication, and I paid $589. But they never sent the medicine.

They kept making excuses about why the pharmacy hadn't processed it yet. First it was winter storms and bad weather. Then they said it was because of a high volume of orders. This went on way past the processing and shipping time they guarantee on their website and in my emails.

The bottom line is I paid for a product and I never got it. All I got were excuses.
