Unexpected $19.99 charge on my card from CoreCapture

I saw a charge for $19.99 on my credit card statement from CoreCapture. I never bought anything from them. I didn't make that purchase at all.

It looks like a scam. The phone number connected to it is (833) 993-1622 and an address in South Carolina. I'm worried this is identity theft. I lost twenty dollars because of this.
