Getting constant calls and weird voicemails from a local hospital

I keep getting these persistent phone calls from what sounds like a local hospital, Corewell Health. The voicemails are completely unintelligible. It's really unsettling because I didn't know if it was about a loved one or something serious.

They're calling from the number (616) 391-8917 and they're based in Michigan, USA. The calls just keep coming and the messages make no sense. It feels off.
