Letter about home warranty with a bank name that doesn't make sense

Got a letter in the mail that said FINAL NOTICE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUIRED on it. It had Cornhusker Bank at the top and said to call 866-793-4888 to verify something. Said they been trying to contact me about my home warranty.

The thing is I don't even have a home warranty through any bank. And if I don't call they said there could be a lapse in coverage and that registration is required. It just felt strange, like they're trying to scare me into calling that number. No real company name on there that I recognize.
