Email about LLC renewal ended up costing me way more than state fee

Got an email from them about doing my annual registration for my LLC. The site looked legit so I thought I was paying the state to renew. I’m new to owning a business so I didn’t really know what to expect.

They charged me $287.25. The actual state fee is only $50. So I got taken pretty bad.

I just feel dumb about it. Not sure what happened exactly but it wasn’t what I thought it was.
