Someone called saying they had to serve me court papers

Got a call from someone asking if I was home because they had to serve me paperwork to appear in court. I said no and asked what it was about. They used my maiden last name and gave me a number and reference to call an attorney.

So I called and they had my current name, my maiden name, my address and the last 4 of a credit card. They said it was closed in 2010 and the fees went from 4k to 7k and I was going to be served next month. I told them I never got any letters or collections about this. He said if I didn't settle today I'd have more fees and need a lawyer. The part that got me was they said they could put a lien on my house.

After they sent a settlement email I looked up the court with all my names and address and found nothing. The guy said his name was Jack Palomino.
