Ordered a custom cosplay costume but got a generic size that does not fit

I ordered a custom-made cosplay costume from their website www.cosrea.com. When it finally showed up it was just a generic size, not custom at all. Does not fit me.

I tried to return it to them. They said I could send it back but they would not pay the customs taxes for the return. So now I am stuck fighting with the post office just to get the costume back so I can try to resell it myself. This has been going on for 7 months now. Lost $199.
