Signed up for something I didn’t want through a fake Costco survey on my phone

I inadvertently signed up with a credit card for a monthly subscription to I don’t know what. It popped up on my phone pretending to be a Costco survey and would I like to answer a few questions to help Costco and try to win a prize. I had just been looking up Costco coupons online so I thought it was legit.

After I entered my cc for “shipping” I was told I had a subscription! $9.95 gone. I called my cc to cancel the charge but it is still pending. Please try and stop this company.
