Ordered shirts in November, never got them or a refund

I saw this company all over Facebook and Instagram. My dad wanted something from there for Christmas because of an ad, so I placed the order for him in early November. By December, there was nothing. No updates.

I tried emailing them—they don’t have a phone number. It’s all AI bots that reply. They told me they ran out of the shirts and would be in touch. I asked for a refund and for a real person to call me. It’s January 21 now and I still have nothing. No refund, no resolution.

They only have AI auto-replies. You can’t talk to a human. I even reported it to my credit card company and put a hold on the charge. My credit card company says they can’t get ahold of anyone either.
