Got a call about a court summons for someone I don't know

I got a call from a woman named Julie Young. She said she was calling for the County Processes Office. She told me I was listed as an alternate contact for someone. She said a court summons had been returned undeliverable.

She had this person's name, date of birth, and address on file. She gave me a case number and said the attorney was Sofia Johnson at 866-354-3388. She was calling from (954) 998-6819. The whole thing felt off. I don't know why they'd have my number for this person.
