Got a letter from CountyLandRecords.com asking for $98 for a deed

I got this letter in the mail from CountyLandRecords.com. It says I'm a new property owner and to get a copy of my recorded deed, I need to send the bottom part of the letter back with a check or money order for $98. The address to send it to is P.O. Box 10106, Tampa, FL 33679.

The whole thing felt off. I never asked for anything from them. It looks like they're just trying to get money from people by making it seem official. The email on it is [email protected] and a phone number (770) 822-8712. I'm not sending any money.
