Paid for a mystery pack online and they just ignored me

I paid for a mystery pack online with courtyard io. I tried to message them and they never responded. I sent an email with the charges that came off my credit card and everything, no reply. They are not trying to fix it. I went ahead and deleted my account. I just want my money back asap.
