Ordered one thing but got sent cheap counterfeit items instead

I got a text from couture-albion.com about some items. I placed an order through them. The phone number listed is (309) 706-9966 and the email is [email protected]. The address they have is 1825 Paradise Trail, East Stroudsburg, PA.

I paid almost $60 for what I ordered. But what showed up was totally different. It was counterfeit merchandise, cheap stuff that isn't what I paid for. I tried to contact them about it. They just refuse to give me a refund. They won't even acknowledge that they sent the wrong thing. It's like they just took the money and sent whatever they wanted.
