Ordered pants and shoes online, got cheap junk instead

I ordered linen pants and a pair of shoes from the COVE and Clive website. They said they were having a sale from their Jackson Hole store, with a special price where the more you buy the better the deal. I ended up accidentally getting two of the same shoes.

I sent an email right away to [email protected] to cancel one pair. A customer service person got back to me the next day and said it was too late to cancel. They told me to email back when the stuff arrived.

It came from someplace in China and took 9 business days. The merchandise was crap. It wasn't even what was pictured. They weren't linen pants or leather shoes like it said. Customer service just emailed me a form and return instructions to send it back TO CHINA at my expense. It's impossible to figure out.
