Bought boots online for $8 each, got charged $110 total

I saw an ad for boots on coyrd.com, saying they were $8.00 each. The deal was if you bought a certain amount, you'd get free shipping. I placed an order twice, and each time it came out to $55. They got me for $110 total.

I've been going back and forth with their service department, trying to get my money back. I emailed [email protected] about it. They still haven't refunded me. I just wanted the boots I saw advertised.
