Paid for a TikTok product but got charged by a different website

I was just scrolling through TikTok and saw something I wanted to buy so I paid for it. Then I went to look at my bank statement later and the charge was from a totally different website. Not even close to what I thought I was buying from.

I tried to figure out what was going on and the site I actually paid says they will file fraud if I try to cancel or do a chargeback. So now I'm out about $15 and don't even know what I paid for. The phone number they had was (844) 467-4115 and the emails and websites don't match what I saw on TikTok at all.
