Ordered a beanie weeks ago, no updates and no replies

I ordered a beanie from cozicessories.com back on February 24th. I got an initial confirmation email saying my order was received and they were working on it, but that's it. I haven't gotten a single update since.

I've tried following up several times through the email they have, [email protected]. I haven't heard anything back at all. It's been weeks now.

I'm really frustrated. That was almost forty dollars and I could have used it for something else. At this point I feel like I'm not going to get my money back or ever see the beanie.
