Ordered a couch that never arrived and no one answers

I bought a couch from Cozy’s home. They kept telling me it was being delivered but it never showed up. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and got nothing back. Their website is Cozy’s home and the phone number they gave is (333) 462-3166. I lost 22 dollars on this. It just feels like a waste.
