Got a fake official letter asking for money right after starting my LLC

Right after I filed for my LLC, I got this letter in the mail. It looks just like a real government form. It says I have to send a check for $295.00 to get a safety manual so I don't violate OSHA rules.

It's made to look totally official, but it's not. It came from PO Box 73127 in Washington, DC. The contact phone is (202) 838-0037 and the email is [email protected]. It felt off from the start. I didn't send any money, but it's worrying that they send this stuff out pretending to be the government right when you start a business.
