Letter about a safety manual with no company name threatening OSHA fines
There was an urgent reply by date on it too, like I had to act fast. No real company name on the envelope or anything, just an email address and a phone number with a Washington DC address. It felt really off.
I didn't pay anything, but I wanted to report it. The whole thing seems like a deceptive sales trick trying to make people panic about fines that probably aren't even real.

It gives me an option to pay online or mail a check. The phone number on it is (202) 838-0037 and the address is a PO Box in Washington DC. They also have an email at [email protected]. It just felt off. I didn’t pay anything but it seemed like a fake invoice or something.
