Got a scary letter about a "safety manual" after filing my LLC

I just filed paperwork to open my LLC. The first piece of mail I got about it wasn't the official paperwork. It was this letter.

It's a letter pushing a "safety manual" from some group. They want me to pay for it. The contact is a PO Box in DC and an email, [email protected]. The whole thing felt off. I was expecting documents from the state, not this.

It seems really predatory to target new business owners like this right after they file. It's designed to look official and scare you. I just want these scammers shut down.
