Garden gnome order from Facebook page with fake owner name

I ordered a garden gnome from a Facebook page called Craft and Decor. The owner said her name was Nancy Hogwarts and I asked if she was the owner and she said "Yes hun". The last name is obviously fake, like from Harry Potter.

The business card she sent has an address at 1526 SW Waterstone Dr in Grants Pass, OR 97527. Emails are [email protected] and [email protected]. WhatsApp number is +1 (224) 294-4826.

I lost $100 on this. Just wanted to update my report with the new info I found.
