Ordered ceramic flowers but got tiny plastic ones from China

I ordered Dot's Handmade Bee Blossoms from Craft-Folk's website. The pictures showed these big, glossy ceramic flowers and said they were hand made in North Carolina by an older artisan. What I got was dull little machine-made resin flowers. They were tiny. And they shipped from China, not North Carolina or even London where they say their reps are.

I used the email [email protected] to ask about a return. It didn't bounce back or give me a MAILER-DAEMON error so I figured it was real. Never heard from them. I filed a dispute with my AMEX card and they actually ruled in favor of Craft-Folk at first. I asked them to reopen it and look closer at this company being a scam. Lost $98.10.
