Ordered handmade bags from a fake Sausalito website
Total was $180.00. Now I realize it is just a scam. The website makes it look like you’re buying something real but it’s not. I already reported them to my Credit Card Company and my charges are being disputed now.
Their phone number is (724) 865-6422 and their email is [email protected]. Just a heads up.
Ordered a handmade bee hotel, got a broken piece of junk
We were sent a piece of junk that is unfinished, musty, and broken. When contacting the company about returning the product I was told to ship it within 14 days of receipt to HONG KONG. Attached is what was expected, that is not what was received. BEWARE! It sounded amazing, it is not at all as described.
Ordered ceramic flowers but got tiny plastic ones from China
I used the email [email protected] to ask about a return. It didn't bounce back or give me a MAILER-DAEMON error so I figured it was real. Never heard from them. I filed a dispute with my AMEX card and they actually ruled in favor of Craft-Folk at first. I asked them to reopen it and look closer at this company being a scam. Lost $98.10.
