Bought a hand-stitched bag but got a cheap factory one instead

I saw an ad on Facebook for a bag. It said it was a "hand-stitched bag with sheep appliques" and looked really nice in the pictures. So I ordered one. I paid $59.

When it showed up it was totally different. Cheap, factory made. No artwork on it at all. No signature. Nothing like what they showed. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody wrote back.

I feel like I got ripped off. That’s not what I paid for.
