Cat rug from Craftfolk is a cheap fake
Advertised as handmade quilt but got cheap printed bag
What showed up was a polyester printed bag. It’s clearly mass produced and probably worth maybe 2.00. Not even close to handmade. Also, I noticed the payment went through London, not the US like the website made it seem.
I emailed them at [email protected] but haven’t heard anything back. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else gets fooled.
Bought items that were not what they showed online
I wanted to send them back. So I asked for a return label but they would not give me one. The address they wanted me to ship to was in Hong Kong but the package I got came from Georgia. That didn't make sense to me. So I just sent it back to the address in Georgia on my own. I didn't have an invoice so I just put my name and address on a piece of paper inside the box.
I ended up filing a fraudulent charge with my credit card company. I never heard back from craftfolk after that.
Ordered from a scam website that was listed as fraudulent
I looked into it more and found out their website was listed as fraudulent as recently as June 26, 2026. So I got scammed out of my money. Nothing I can do about it now I guess.
Found bad reviews after buying from Craftfolk
The total money lost was 59 dollars. Their address is in CA, USA. I just wish I had checked the reviews before I paid.
Picture showed big items but what I got was tiny
I sent an email asking for my money back, and they told me to send the item back to Hong Kong. I texted them back saying the shipping would cost more than what I paid for the thing. They haven't done anything about it.
My order number was HT 55004. I lost about $36.99 on this.
Ordered handmade bee cups but got cheap resin ones from China
What I got was just cheap resin cups. They look like something you would find at a dollar store. I could tell right away they came from China. Nothing handmade about them at all. I tried the email [email protected] but no reply. The phone number is (724) 865-6422.
