Ordered a handmade bag but got a cheap nylon zippered bag instead

I ordered a bag from craft-folk.com after a friend sent me the link. She saw the ad while doing a Google search. It was supposed to be handmade. I paid $59 for it.

The package came about 11 days later. It was shipped from Vernon, CA but the return address was Hong Kong. The bag itself is just a cheap nylon zippered thing. Weighs 3.5 ounces. Definitely not handmade. It was shipped by a company called GOFO.

The contact info on the site says CRAFTFOLK, and the address is OFFICE 3906, 39TH THE CTR 99, QUEEN’S RD CENTRAL CENTRAL HONG KONG. Reg. Number 77840580, Service Wenxi Chi. I tried the phone number (724) 865-6422 and emailed [email protected] but nobody answered.
