Ordered handmade bags from Vermont got cheap imports from China

I ordered 2 bags from Craftfolk because they said they were hand crafted individually by a woman in her home in Vermont. That’s why I spent the money. Instead I got 2 bags from overseas that were mass produced and not handquilted at all. The fabric wasn’t top quality like they claimed.

Now I’m trying to get a refund but their policy says I have to mail the bags back to China. That doesn’t make sense. I paid over a hundred dollars and they won’t make it right. I just want my money back.
