Bee hotel not handmade and return address in Hong Kong
When I emailed them to complain, they told me I could return it to an address in Hong Kong. But their website lists a different address in China. For something that's supposed to be handmade in North Carolina, that just doesn't add up.
I've written to them several times now. I'm not going to pay to ship this thing back to Hong Kong. I already contacted my credit card company about the charge. It was $75 total.
Ordered a tote from a retiring artisan but it came from China
The tote I got is very very small, not well made at all. And it shipped from China. So obviously not from some lady in the mountains. I lost $60 on this. Shame on me for believing it.
Ad showed handmade bag but got cheap junk from Hong Kong
What I got was a cheaply made bag. Nothing like the picture. I tried to return it but the address they gave me had no zip code, just said HONG KONG at the bottom. So that was a dead end.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Lost $59. I wish I had checked Trustpilot first. SCAM.
