Fake bill from Crate & Barrel with no account opened

I got a bill in the mail from Crate & Barrel / Imprint. I never opened a credit card with them. I don’t have any orders or purchases with Crate & Barrel at all.

The bill had a phone number for Imprint, so I called. They asked for my date of birth and social security number. I said no, I’m not giving that. They told me they couldn’t close the account without that info.

I don’t know how they got my address. I never signed up for anything.
