Ordered from a Facebook ad, got fake tracking numbers and PayPal sided with them

I saw an ad on Facebook and stupidly ordered something, paying with PayPal. After a couple weeks I got suspicious and asked for tracking. They gave me two different tracking numbers from two different countries, China and Slovenia. That didn't make any sense.

I tried emailing the company, createmastersam.com, but all they did was give me the runaround. They just kept saying "it's showing it's on the way." So I opened a case with PayPal. I sent them all my screenshots and had five or six more back-and-forths with the company, whose name had changed to sanmoleo Co.,Ltd by then. I never knew that name or I would have looked them up and seen the bad reviews.

PayPal ended up siding with the scam company. They said the package was passed to USPS, but there was never a USPS tracking number. I have cameras at my house and nothing was ever delivered. I lost almost $60.
