Ordered a song preview for my child and they won't honor their refund policy

My child did a "preview song" on this website createuniquesong.com, and then she processed a payment. I canceled the order via email 12 minutes after I realized the purchase was made. I looked at the refund policy and it says full return if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase which it was.

I didn't hear back for days. Finally going back and forth with the customer service "rep" he let me know that he said he would give me 25% back. That is absolutely not what the policy online says. I was able to provide all the information they asked for. I cancelled in 12 minutes, the policy says 24 hours after purchase. They are a scam company.
