Charged for a yearly subscription during free trial sign-up

I was on the Creative Fabrica website where it says you can get a free 30-day trial with unlimited downloads. To sign up for the free trial, it makes you put in a payment method. Just a couple minutes later, I got a notification that my payment method was charged $47.00 for a yearly subscription.

The thing is, I never signed up for a yearly plan. The webpage didn't even show an option for that. My screenshot shows it said NO CHARGE today and I got a receipt for $0.00 for the free trial. So I'm confused why the charge happened.

Now I can't find any way to contact them about this. There's no visible customer service or a way to cancel the subscription. It feels like the site lures you in with the trial and then just starts charging.
