Charged five times for a subscription I did not agree to

I have been using Creative Fabrica for about two years for my print on demand Etsy shop. It is a digital design platform and I paid $47 for the yearly subscription. That was fine until they charged my credit card five times for $47 each. They claimed I clicked a pop-up on their website to add an extra year but I did not do that.

I disputed the first four charges with my card and eventually got credited back for those. My subscription is good until November 2026. On June 15th they charged me another $47. I have contacted them by email and I am waiting for them to refund this one too.

Free trial that would not cancel and no way to do it on the website

I signed up for a 1 month free trial on their website. The very next day I tried to cancel it because I changed my mind. They told me to just cancel it on the website but there is no way to cancel on the website. I looked everywhere.

So now they charged me $58.00 and they won't do anything about it. I called them and they just kept saying to cancel on the website. But you can't. It's not there. I feel like they tricked me into this.

Signed up for a free trial and they charged me for a full year anyway

I signed up for what they said was a free trial on an annual subscription. There was never any mention of any charges to my card. During the free trial they asked me to link my PayPal, so I did. Then they added another subscription and charged me for the whole year. It was $59.88.

As soon as I saw the charge I reached out to them and asked for a refund because I did not want the subscription. They kept ignoring my emails. So now I am in a dispute for the charge and they are challenging me on it. Their website is www.creativefabrica.com and their email is [email protected].

Signed up for a trial and they charged me for a full year anyway

I signed up for a trial on their website. Then they added another subscription without asking and charged me for the whole year. It was like 60 bucks. I reached out as soon as they charged me and asked for a refund because I did not want the subscription.

Charged twice and then they couldn't find my account

So I signed up for Creative Fabrica’s free trial. It said I could get up to 10 digital downloads. But before I even used anything or had a chance to cancel, they hit me with a $47 charge. No clear warning about when it was coming.

Then it got worse. They charged my PayPal and also charged my bank account. So I got double charged. That’s just not right. Their ads are misleading and the whole billing thing was shady.

I reached out to their support. At first they said they’d give a refund. Then they turned around and said they couldn’t even find my account. But they had no problem finding it to take my money. That just doesn’t add up.

I tried PayPal too. But after Creative Fabrica responded, PayPal decided in their favor. I feel like they took the money without really asking or telling me when. Customers don’t get a fair chance to say no or cancel before getting billed.

Charged for a yearly subscription during free trial sign-up

I was on the Creative Fabrica website where it says you can get a free 30-day trial with unlimited downloads. To sign up for the free trial, it makes you put in a payment method. Just a couple minutes later, I got a notification that my payment method was charged $47.00 for a yearly subscription.

The thing is, I never signed up for a yearly plan. The webpage didn't even show an option for that. My screenshot shows it said NO CHARGE today and I got a receipt for $0.00 for the free trial. So I'm confused why the charge happened.

Now I can't find any way to contact them about this. There's no visible customer service or a way to cancel the subscription. It feels like the site lures you in with the trial and then just starts charging.
