Charged five times for a subscription I did not agree to
I disputed the first four charges with my card and eventually got credited back for those. My subscription is good until November 2026. On June 15th they charged me another $47. I have contacted them by email and I am waiting for them to refund this one too.
Their address is Westerstraat 187, 1015 MA, Amsterdam. Their website is creativefabrica.com and their email is [email protected]. I have seen other people saying the same thing happened to them. Once I get this money back I am cancelling.
Free trial that would not cancel and no way to do it on the website
So now they charged me $58.00 and they won't do anything about it. I called them and they just kept saying to cancel on the website. But you can't. It's not there. I feel like they tricked me into this.

Charged twice and then they couldn't find my account
Then it got worse. They charged my PayPal and also charged my bank account. So I got double charged. That’s just not right. Their ads are misleading and the whole billing thing was shady.
I reached out to their support. At first they said they’d give a refund. Then they turned around and said they couldn’t even find my account. But they had no problem finding it to take my money. That just doesn’t add up.
I tried PayPal too. But after Creative Fabrica responded, PayPal decided in their favor. I feel like they took the money without really asking or telling me when. Customers don’t get a fair chance to say no or cancel before getting billed.
Charged for a yearly subscription during free trial sign-up
The thing is, I never signed up for a yearly plan. The webpage didn't even show an option for that. My screenshot shows it said NO CHARGE today and I got a receipt for $0.00 for the free trial. So I'm confused why the charge happened.
Now I can't find any way to contact them about this. There's no visible customer service or a way to cancel the subscription. It feels like the site lures you in with the trial and then just starts charging.
