DM about using my photo for art then asked for personal info

Someone DMd me about this "opportunity" to have my image used in their art. Sounded interesting at first I guess. They asked for my name and address.

I looked into it more and it just felt off. The website is http://creativeartcenter.co.site and the email they gave was [email protected]. The address they listed is in Toluca Lake, CA. Phone number they used was (205) 720-6281.

Didn't send them anything but it feels like they were trying to get my info for something else. No company name on anything really just that weird site.
