Signed up for credit help and they would not let me cancel

I went on Credit Journey.ca because I needed a payday loan and they said they could help with my credit rating too. But when I got on their site they gave me the wrong rating and claimed they were A+ with the ScamPulse.com which is a lie because they are not.

I tried to cancel and they just would not let me. They took 300 dollars from me. Their address is in Toronto, ON, CAN. I never got any loan or help with anything. Just lost my money.
