Promised to fix my credit but took more money after I canceled

I signed up with these people because they said they could help fix my credit score in 30 days. That didn't happen. So I canceled them on the 19th of next month. Then the next month they took another payment out anyway.

I asked for it to be returned and they said I didn't cancel. I told them I would report them to you and they laughed and told me to go ahead. I have 5 emails from them to prove it. I just don't want anyone else to get scammed. I couldn't afford to lose that money and others in my situation shouldn't either.
