No way to cancel subscription with credit review site

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription with this company but the number they gave me doesn’t work. It’s the only way to cancel so I’m stuck. They keep taking $29.95 a month from my account and I can’t stop it.

I called (800) 309-7150 a few times and it just rings or goes nowhere. No answer no voicemail nothing. I looked at their website credit review.co but there’s no other contact info. They already took $200 from me total. Feels like a debt collection scam or something.
