Letter about credit settlement with no return address or phone

Got a letter in the mail the other day. It was titled "Credit Settlement" and said I should call them to talk about adjusting my credit accounts. That's all it said.

No return address on the envelope, no phone number, no website. Nothing. Just a letter from Dallas, TX. I don't know who sent it or what they want. Feels weird.

I didn't call. I don't trust stuff like that when they don't even put their name on it.
