Ordered something online and never got my money back

I ordered something from Creekpouch, their website is creekpouch.com. The order went through and they even confirmed it. Then the next day I get an email saying they couldn't do age verification and that they sent a refund. That was it.

The refund never showed up. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. So I'm out $250.00. Just feels like they took my money and made up a reason.
