Call about a loan offer that sounds too good to be true

I got a call from someone named Marcus Reed saying he's from underwriting at Crestview Finance. It was Monday May 4th and he said my file moved up after a weekend refresh. He said my hardship personal loan offer is now up to $57,500 with payments around $579 a month.

He said Transunion and Equifax both updated and I came back stronger than before. Then he said these don't stay at the new number long and told me to call back at 844-571-2102. He said myself or anyone on his team can assist me right now.

No company name on the caller ID. Just the number (833) 315-8323. I didn't lose any money but it felt strange. I never applied for anything with Crestview Finance.

Voice message about a $61,000 loan from someone named George Harris

Got a voicemail from a guy saying his name is George Harris from Crestview Finance Underwriting. He said he knows Ive probably gotten calls like this before so he’d be straight with me. Something about a new cycle opening for May and my file came back at $61,000 for a hardship personal loan.

He left a number to call back at 844-783-0768. Said he’d show me where the number came from. I never applied for anything like that. No company name on anything official either. Just feels off.
