Phone call about a loan I never applied for

I got a voicemail from someone named Michael Martinez saying he was from Crestwood Finance. He said I was pre-selected for a hardship personal loan up to $42,200 based on my credit profiles. I haven't applied for a loan in over 7 years so this made no sense to me.

He said the offer was only good until 5 pm that day and to call him back at 844-969-2790. The caller ID showed (877) 670-4462. I did not lose any money but I am being targeted by this potential scammer. It felt strange getting a call like that out of nowhere.
