A company is fraudulently using my home address as their business

I found out a business called Crooked Oak Tree is using my home address as their business address. They never asked for permission and it's completely false. It's fraud.

They have my address listed on their website, crookedoaktree.com. It's also on their Google page with a direct link to my house. Now I'm getting postal mail for them at my home, stuff from credit card companies and banks. It's really concerning.

I need this illegal activity to stop. Their contact is [email protected] and a phone number (516) 979-8090, with an address listed in Baldwin, NY. But that's not where they really are. They're using my home.
