Ordered from them before but now they won't help with tracking

I bought from this company before and it was fine. This time I ordered something and spent about 160 dollars. They keep telling me to give the package time and that tracking says it was delivered.

I called the post office to check but the numbers they gave me are not real tracking numbers. Neither of them worked. So I don't know where my package is or if it was even sent. They are not helping me at all.
