Won $140 on their app and the money just disappeared

I downloaded the Crown Casino app and was playing on free play. I actually won $140.00, but then the money just disappeared from my account. I contacted their support team about it and they said they weren't aware of any problem.

After that, I tried uploading my own money to play the games. I've lost well over $60 doing that and I haven't been compensated for any of it. They haven't even refunded me. I just lost my money and I need it back.
