Facebook ad for storage bins that turned out to be tiny smelly bags

I was scrolling Facebook and saw an ad for these huge clear plastic storage bins. They had metal rods as a frame and were supposed to hold drawers worth of clothing. Like 3 feet by 3 feet big. What showed up was a tiny clear plastic bag, maybe 12 inches by 8 inches. No metal supports at all. Definitely not something you could put clothes in.

They came in plastic bags and had moisture inside them and smelled really bad.

My receipt from crudeoverall.com says $71.76 but my PayPal receipt says Zehyr Point Software for $86.11. I am working with PayPal to get my money back. I have contacted the company 4 days in a row and no reply.
