Crumb pet tag charged me twice without saying it was monthly
I ordered the crumb pet tag for my dog, thought it was a one-time thing to help keep him safe. They never told me they were gonna auto bill me every month. That’s not what I signed up for.
Then they billed my checking account and also my PayPal account. So I got charged twice for the same thing. I went to their website to try and cancel but there’s no option anywhere to do that. I tried the chat with an agent and they said they couldn’t help me either. So now I’m out twelve bucks and still stuck with this.
