Crypto trading site Crystal Best froze my account with $1.8 million

I was using MONEX and my contact said we should transfer over to a platform called Lumenote. I did my trading there and got my account balance up to $1.8 million USD. Then they changed their name to Crystal Best and their website URL to Crystale.cc.

After that, I couldn't trade or withdraw anything. They told me I needed to re-authenticate my account, so I did that. But when I tried to withdraw my funds after that, they just froze my account. Then they said I had to make a 10% deposit of the total money in my account to get it unlocked.

I did not send any more money and I won't. Now I can't access anything.
