Instagram friend request turned into blackmail

Someone sent me a friend request on Instagram. I didn’t know them but I accepted. They offered to play some game I never even heard of. I played along and sent nudes and they sent some back too.

Then they got my phone number. They started trying to blackmail me with the pictures. They called and texted saying they would send them to people I know. I don’t know how they got my number.

They had an email [email protected] and a number 1(302) 215-0315. I didn’t send any money but it was scary. I blocked them but I’m still worried.
