Paid $495 to sell my RV and now they won't answer me

I put my RV up for sale on Craigslist and this guy Will Harris texted me. He said he was a manager and could help me sell it. Said he had buyers already lined up and there was no charge to the seller. He told me about the company credentials and an A+5 rating.

Then he said there was a one-time fee of 495.00 and it was a guarantee for 60 days. If no buyer came in that time the fee would be returned. Well it's been 78 days now and I have asked Mr. Harris and the owner Aaron Sears for my refund 4 times. Text messages and emails. Neither one of them will write me back.
