Ordered a chair that never arrived but says delivered

I ordered a chair from them and it never got to me but the tracking says delivered. I’ve sent 11 emails back and forth with them and they just keep saying stuff but no refund.

The email I’ve been using is [email protected]. I don’t even know their website. I lost $64 on this and I just want my money back. They won’t do anything about it.
